Is there a new way to get to Ninja Castle??

Hihi,
I have been familiar with how to get to Ninja Castle before I stopped playing for around a year, and now that there is a new Mushroom Shrine I cant seem to find the NPC "Palanquin" even after finishing the quests for Mushroom Shrine. Is there something I'm missing? Is there a hidden portal somewhere?

    For Ninja Castle you just use a Hyper teleport rock that's what I did. I searched a NPC or Monster's name in the world map search bar and it teleported me there. Make sure you have the quest accepted.

    Thank you for the info, It'll be a small investment into my Toad hunting then to get a 7 day Hyper Teleport Rock. ^.^
