V-Tracker and fifth job reward

I recently completed advancing to fifth job and I didn't receive my 30 nodestones. Any one know about issues with this? Did I miss something, maybe?

    Did you do it on a character that was made before the event period? It has to be on a character that was made after the event began. Other than that, I'm not sure since it has worked for me.
