Hello. My ticket number is 352954. Can you please look into this?
Character Name: Neon
World : Windia


I can't log onto one specific character of the account after disconnecting at around 10am PST today. I'm still able to log onto other chars just fine. I have created a ticket (352954) and also tried live chat. There is still no update on my situation, please look into this. Thanks
