Brief bug summary: Normal Magnus prequest 'Edea and Piston' is not available.

More details: Quest chain ends after 'Heliseum Reclamation HQ in Danger' and next quest 'Edea and Piston' isn't available on Hayato(probably Kanna and Beast Tamer as well).

Steps to reproduce:
Complete quest 'Heliseum Reclamation HQ in Danger' on a Hayato, then attempt to get next quest from Piston.

Character name: Nononwaifu
Character level: 200
Character job: Hayato
World name: Scania
Date and time of the incident: 12/25/2016

    Yeah a friend of mine has the same problem with his Hayato as well...
