Reaper Pendant Bug.

Bug type: Functionality Issue.
Brief bug summary:
My Reaper's Pendant does not do the "Altered Fate" as intended at times, when i die it is meant to revive me (like heavens door) however when i do die i don't get the message to revive myself in a town or if in a boss to re-enter map. I just get a pretty view of everything that's happening with no message box. This happened on two separate occasions so i'm not sure if it is just subjected to bosses or not. I had this issue while killing Chaos Vellum, and Gollux (Causing me to miss out on coins </3 as i couldnt re-enter)
Steps to reproduce:
Die with the Reaper Pendant in your Equipment Inventory.
Character name: IraOfInvidia
Character level: 208
Character job: Ice Lightning
World name: Luna
Date and time of the incident: 8:54 GMT

    You were wearing it, right? From how you worded it, it being in your equipment inventory makes the passive inactive.

    If you were wearing it, that is rather peculiar...

    I was wearing it i meant Equipment Inventory as in it being Equipped :c (so it was active)

    not sure is it back or was never fixed.
    i still experience it at lucid when i died
    i kill myself outside lucid just to waste the +1life buff from reaper so i can actually continue my run lol.

    i hope it gets fixed asap
