[Reboot] Master SS Ring and Complete Sylph Ring

Currently, I'm putting all my focus and V coins into hopefully making an SS ring, but I also want to know if getting the Completed Sylph Ring is worth it at all?
I'm just unsure of what I should be putting a bigger priority on.

    syph ring isn't potential-able and other than the potential it comes with, like 10% crit damage, 10% boss damage etc, so it's situational at best and not nearly as good as V ring or SS

    Cant craft SS ring, the vendor limits you to 1 ring frame and you need 4.
