Wind Archer Missing SPs

I made a WA today but I seem to be missing 1 SP on the 1st and 2nd job. I do not know if i'll be missing any for 3rd and 4th since I am not at that level yet.

    It's not a rare flaw with classes, since this has happend to my WA too, and same goes for my Mercedes and Kanna. Allthough, it doesnt happen to Kinesis.
