Dual Blade Training books not working

So my Dual blade is lv 109 (Reboot) but some of the skills are unable to reach the mastery level and it says i need to find Taeha and get a Dual blade training book but i have one and it won't let me upgrade any of the skills that need it

I recently trained a new Dual Blade and didn't run into this issue.

I did a quick Google search and I ran into this thread:

This may be a computer related issue where for some odd reason doesn't allow the Dual Blade Training Books to properly function as intended.

ah i see so i should just wait, get a new computer or make a different character
