Dual Blade 5th Job Venom Burst is BUGGED

Hello i just wanted to report that dual blades 5th job skill venom burst is bugged. Every other thief class can use as it was intended but for dual blades it is severely gimped. It does little to no damage at all. Please look into it DEV team! Looking forward to a fix.
