Unable to recharge stars in Henesys General Store

Bug type: In-game Shop/Item Issue

Brief bug summary: Throwing Stars (a USE item required for Night Lords and Night Walkers) cannot be recharged in the Henesys General Store.

Additional Details: There was once a time you could recharge any and all throwing stars at the Henesys General Store. For some reason you have to recharge throwing stars at the weapon store now.


Steps to reproduce:
1. Interact with the NPC named Luna in the Henesys General Store with a less-than-full stack of throwing stars.
2. Navigate to the USE tab of your inventory.
3. Attempt to recharge throwing stars such as Balanced Fury or Crystal Ilbi

    Balanced Fury and Crystal Ilbi are known to be problematic. Every once in a while they break and you can only recharge them at NLC or other non-KMS areas.
    Can normal KMS stars (such as Steelies or Hwabis) be recharged at Henesys General Store?
    If so, the title, summary, and additional details of your report are lacking an essential detail.

    Balanced Furies and Crystal Ilbies are indeed not rechargeable at most NPC potion vendors right now.

    It's not even a surprise anymore that Balanced Furies and Crystal Ilbies are broken every major update.

    Easiest way to recharge them in the field without extensive travel or a Hyper Teleport Rock is to use the closest Dimension Mirror to go to Fight for Azwan or Root Abyss and recharge there.
