I was wondering if i got Decent Speed Infusion and/or Attack Speed +1 on Inner Ablity if it would help Phantom Blow, Asura’s Anger, and Blade Storm

    Yep, thats how it should be, if anything i believe it is recommended to use sweet water or absolab, the ones that have faster, on their wep speed. That plus decent speed infusion and the +1 attack speed IA will cancel attack delay.

    It does help, but as far as i remember you can only really use one, and the monster park green potion(total 2 attack speed) since they have FAST attack speed.
