Stuck in Windowed

So I clicked on the Help Guide option, game minimized and opened the web browser, and I realized it wasn't what I thought it was, so I closed the browser and opened the game's window again... except now it's stuck in windowed mode. It was fullscreen when I clicked on the option, now it's windowed, and I don't know how to change it back.
