Calendar UI is missing

DId they remove the Calendar UI? I can't seem to find it and therefore I can't do the attendance event. It used to be on the left side of the screen with all the other icons but it's no longer there. I can open the event list but that's just an event list. It doesn't do anything. I can't open the calendar UI anymore, or even find it.

Was it moved or removed? Is there a new shortcut? How do I do the attendance event now?

    You need to accept the "Big Bullies" quest from the Star notifier, to make the attendance calendar appear.
