Hello, i logged in my account and i didnt receive my hot weak reward... also i logged in my brother accounts didnt receive that too..

    If you already have 15 items in your giftbox notifier (from the maintenance compensations, for example) then you won't see your Hot Week box. You need to claim some of your gifts, and then cc or relog for the notifier to update.

    Hot week rewards run on PST time still for whatever reason, you should receive the new rewards in about half an hour (old reset). Relog after that and see if you get them.
