Why only male character special equips on sale for top/bottom/hat? (yes I know there is a green visor, I'm referring to the "green goya hat" male only)

Do female characters not get to celebrate the holiday and dress up fully, too?

These items are on sale as permanent equips and I would have bought them for my female characters if there were available! What the eff, Nexon...
