Disconnecting From Login Server

Now that I switch over to Nexon Launcher, im disconnecting when I skip over the cutscene (About 5th Job). So I let the cutscene play out the next time and I reach the North America or Europe select screen. I click north america and still disconnect. Anyone know how to fix this? Anyone have the same problem?

    I manage to get online consistently but the client freezes/crashes a lot and I've had 3 disconnections from game server since the game went back up. Sure loving everything right now.
