Installing Nexon Launcher

It was working yesterday. After I exited it, I can't launch the game inside Nexon Launcher. it keeps saying Currently in-game. Tried a different character and it says "download", not "Play". I uninstalled it, restart laptop, install nexon launcher . installed successfully. After I launch it, it just hangs on "Installing Nexon Launcher", then an error message with a bunch of message shows up. Can anyone help me?

    Alright. So it was with my ISP. But Maplestory is already installed. Nexon launcher can't detect it and wants to download the 9GB file again and I can't afford that. How can I let Nexon Launcher detect my installed game already?
