Jett unable to start 4th job advancement

So I click on maple guide, press the button to begin job advancement and nothing happens yep. Been bugged for awhile now.

    iirc there's some sort of quest that you need to finish before you can move onto the advancement. It's a level 80 quest in Magatia I think.

    Last time I did it though, it was on the light bulb on the side of the screen and I can't see anything on there.
