No rewards for switching from Direct Launch

I didn't receive rewards after the maintenance from switching from Direct Launch to Nexon Launcher. Has anyone else had this issue?

    Remember the restrictions:
    • You must have logged in via GameLauncher.exe between 12:00 AM PST on January 1, 2016 and 12:00 AM PST on February 13, 2017
    • You receive the rewards if you've logged in via the Nexon launcher between 12:00 AM PST on February 13, 2017 and 12:00 AM PDT on April 7, 2017
    The rewards will be given out in each week's maintenance.

    I can confirm personally that I got the rewards, so they weren't entirely forgotten.

    The maintenance notice said "Rewards will be distributed to players that have migrated from Direct Launch to Nexon Launcher as of February 21, 2017. "

    If you switched to Nexon Launcher within the past couple of days, then you'll be getting your rewards at a future maintenance.

    I didn't get all three 2x coupons...but besides that...I got the rewards.

    Guys i didnt get anything except 3x 2xEXP...i wanted the other rewards so bad....like extra Characterslot
