Im Have all Part of Island Travel , But No have effect , What more need for me to get the effect

    Well on Luna, the shorts are called "Isand Travel Shorts" so search for that, seems Nexon made a typo ;)

    Yes but I do not meet them when I use the owl, as they see it does not appear?

    Are you typing in "Isand" instead of "Island" when using the owl? Don't forget to look in Auction House too! =]
