Bug Description:
When purchasing snowflake ring for characters of the same gender, I receive the error message, "You are sending a gift to an invalid recipient. Please check the character name and gender."
Additional Details:
This shouldn't be an issue since the item description states "the item works for both without distinction of sex."

Yes the ring was meant for any pair, regardless of gender, but once equipped, the description reads, "A couple's item with ____" and the 20% bonus exp is no longer in the description (which may be the root of the "bug")
Thank you for bringing back this thread. I totally agree with you! I was pissed and i am still pissed about this.
Nexon would be conducting a fraud to everyone who bought this ring. The ring cost 10k nx and the benefit of 20% EXP was the selling point for this ring. How can Nexon include this selling point in the ring description to boost up sells, then later people found it didn't work Nexon just erased "their selling point" and never mentioned it again?
I'd like compensation too. Years later and I'm still irked every time I see it in my inventory.
