Dual Blades Ellinel Glitch?

I just finished my 2nd Job Advancement, Blade Acolyte 2, and in the maple guide it says to go to ellinel fairy academy. I click it and I get transported to the Zone to talk to Fanzy. However, I do not have a quest to talk to him and enter Ellinel. I looked up online and it says to talk to the Job Instructor, so I did, but the Job Instructor for Dual Blades, aka Lady Syl, has nothing for me. I cant do anything now, not even enter the dungeon because I need to talk to Fanzy before entering. Please Help :'(

    Fanzy didnt have the quest, but it appeared on the Lightbulb on the left side of the screen.
