Empress Weapon and Armor Box

The patch notes say new players, or accounts, I suppose(?) will receive an Empress Weapon and Armor box, yet in the game events tab in-game, only the weapon box is showed. Will I still get the armor box?

    The in-game event window can only show up to five of the event's rewards. There may be many others. If the Update Notes say you'll get an armor box, then you can reasonably expect to get one.

    For starters, I didn't even receive this....

    Level 60 Achievement Gift
    Level 60 Equipment Support Box: Untradeable, 7-day duration
    Burning Character Selection Coupon (7 Days): Untradeable.
    On Reboot world, receive 2x EXP Coupon (30 minutes) (x3) instead.

    Yeah, the level 30 portion as well as the beginning portion (The Pet)

    This happened to me as well it game me the level 60 armor box but nothing else which was weird
