which quest for new accounts

which quest does new accounts start to get the items, a friend of mine started the new account and he didnt get anything

    It should be listed under the Event quests

    [New Character] Celebration Gift

    If it's not listed under the event quests, then maybe they don't have a brand new account? As in it had to be registered within the time frame for the event, like just a few days ago.

    Yup, new account means registering with Nexon for the first time and using said new account for the event. They don't have to download/install anything else, just use nexon launcher with new account info.

    ohh, it's strange then he said his account is brand new, but he just got the 5 hour snail and a reboot gift box. nothing else and hes 158 now
