characters disappeared

Migrate from Europe to global and my characters disappeared, had a lumin of more than 200 lvl, please fix it my account was llDENNISll and then the migration angelxdennis@gmail.com

    The final character migration was January 11th.
    If you did not migrate your account and accept the Maplestory Migration agreement before that date your characters will not be migrated.

    i Completed the character migration back in November - I had trouble getting 1 of my accounts back and my friend struggled to get 2 of his accounts.
    We finally got them back in December. We both logged on and saw all of our Characters still on our accounts. I've just logged onto my other account and its empty.

    So whats the deal then? I even done the proper procedures and I've still lost everything.

    Are you sure you are logging into the right account then?
    If your characters were there in december they should still be there.

    You should contact support here and they will be able to help you find them :)
