Wondroid Rescue Quest could not continue
Bug type: Quest, Functionally
Brief bug summary: I had rescued Aster, Rhea and Kat for the quest and now I could not get any wondroid in the list when I entered the rescue mode. There was no wondroid appears in the Spencer's tablet.
More details: I was not noticed this until yesterday when I finished rescued Kat from the jump quest. I had accepted all the quests that showed up, such as 'your bro for life', 'siren of the scene', 'what will it be, daddy-o?' and 'exotic, new, and already canceled'. However, I could not see any wondroid shows up in the Spencer's tablet. I thought it would appear after I finished all the wondroids (Aster, Rhea, and Kat) showed up in the tablet, but it didn't.
Steps to reproduce:
1. After rescued Aster, I got quest from Aster to rescue Rhea, Sephia to rescue Roxxy and Phoebe to rescue Kat.
2. Before the quest for rescuing Roxxy, I got quest from Sephia as well to sneak into the investigation mode to find/kill Roxxy in B3.
3. Also, from Phoebe to sneak into Investigation lab to hack a big machine for Jay/Jac (not too sure) in B4 after completing the key quest from Phoebe. After that, I got a rescue quest for Jay as well.
4. Only Rhea and Kat showed up in the tablet in rescue mode.

Date and time of the incident: Should be in 1/6/2017, AEST: around 11 p.m. - 12 a.m.

I had comepleted all the quests that had to be done in investigation. But yet, I still didn't get any wondroids in the tablet, than Aster, Rhea and Kat.
I'm assuming you scrolled down the tablet and see that they're still locked after quest completion. Can you give screenshots of those plus the completed quests?
Because that's rather odd.

Well, I could not even scroll down the tablet, as there was only three wondroids showed in the tablet. Here the evidences for this bug I had.
1. Rhea, Aster and Kat had been saved. But there was no other wondroid appear in the tablet when I accepted all the other rescue quests.
