Override Registration Event ended BEFORE end date

Bug type: Override Microsite Bug

Brief bug summary: Unable to register for the Override Registration Event even though the expected end date is 11:00AM PDT June 19, 2017, which is 10 hours and 20 minutes from now.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to http://maplestory.nexon.net/micro-site/override/register
2. There is no REGISTER NOW button to click.
3. There's indeed one quick flash of the button. But cannot be clicked.
4. The "Share for progress" changed to "Share with friends" too.

Character name: Not neccessary

Character level: Not neccessary

Character job: Not neccessary

World name: Not neccessary

Date and time of the incident: 0:40 AM PDT June 19, 2017.

    Guess it ended at midnight UTC. Nexon themselves don't know which clock anything in the game (and, apparently, on the website) goes by.

    It is very unfortunate, my friend was just beginning the game, saw he still had time, but couldn't register despite meeting the level 33 requirement
