Cannot select option when buying MaplePoint Coupon

When I go to purchase Maple Point Coupons in the Cash Shop, it gives me the option to select from one of the 3 purchase options as normal (NX Prepaid, NX Credit, Maple Points), but it won't let me check any of the options.

Since they are not selectable, I cannot purchase the coupons.

    The coupons can only be purchased with NX Prepaid.
