Bug type: 12th Star failing.

Brief bug summary: Failed 12th star on 6/24/2017 during 100%

More details: In game it states that 5, 10, and 12th stars are 100%, The website says "From 5, 10, and 12th". So which is it?

Character name: Minion

Character level: 217

Character job: Evan

World name: Windia

Date and time of the incident: 7:30am EST

    From 12 to 13 stars is 100%.
    11 to 12 stars is still the 35% it was.

    In game description says '5, 10, and 12', not '"From" 5, 10, and 12'. So in game is different from the website. Last time in game was different the event ended a day early, and caused lots to miss out on a gift, which required Nexon to have to give the gift anyways.
