How to get Explorer book on DB

I have resorted to asking the forum as one would think this is an easy question to answer since so many people play DB. Currently my guy is 200 and I have asked other dual blades in game and repeatedly searched the internet. Everything I found was about people who already had the book. I do not and can't tele to maple island as a dual blade to get it. Can anyone help as I need the emblem.

    You have to talk to Olaf to return to maple island

    there isn't an option. Pretty sure that was removed. I also tried hyper tele which doesnt work and DB return skill is to kerning

    is this after youve already started the explorer book or completed it? or have you even been there as a NL or shadower?
