Tengu Boss Fight Glitched

Summary:
When I'm fighting Tengu, the purple bars don't appear. I can't do the qte stuff, I can't kill him.
Also, when he starts his swooping attack and flies off, he suddenly reappears and just repeats what he's doing.'
More details:
Repaired installation, reinstalled the game, did other quests, restarted my computer. Didn't help.
Steps to reproduce:
Do the mushroom shrine quests? Break the game?

    I can confirm this.

    It happened to me too, Jun 21 at 4AM EST.

    Im a 145 Shadower, server Reboot.

    Same here.. I've followed all their steps to fix but still no solution. Hope this gets solved soon!

    What exactly does this mean? Does your report mean someone knows about it or that you have sent in a ticket?
    I am having the same issue, it seems Tengu's mechanic is completely broken which means the quest is currently impossible to finish. :'(

    Ok, it suddenly works now. Defeated him like 10 min ago.
