[FIXED] Guild Login text says "X is has logged in"

Fixed as of the 8/30 Scheduled Game Update.

Brief bug summary:

When a player logs into the guild, the text reads "XXXX is has logged in." This is obviously grammatically incorrect and should read "XXXX has logged in."
