Hey,

Are there sets of matching equipment I could purchase for my character?

    The Override Coin Shop is selling the Override set for 100 coins. It's pretty good for leveling with. . .
    Other than that I think most equipment with sets are found while grinding.

    At what level does the Overrode Coin Shop unlock?

    You should be able to access the shop at any level, I think. The coins you need come from boxes dropped by enemies.
    The boxes can be opened once you reach level 33. You can only earn 60 coins a day.
