Bug Type: Missing Items

Brief Summary: Missing Level 30 & Level 100 boxes, from the burning event.

More details: Somehow, when I created my burning character (on my new account), the boxes did not appear when I created my character or did the quest. Yet on my old main account and a mule account, I had no problem getting them.

Steps to reproduce:
- Created a burning character on Dec 3, 2016.
- Did not receive quest, to obtain the related items.
- Currently level 49, and still don't have.

Character Name: Deilatha

Character Level: 49

Character Job: Mercedes

World Name: Scania

Date & time of the incident: December 3rd, 2016.

    i also dont have boxes for my mercedes on scania. maybe the server and characters are the issue im not sure.
