Buggy Nebulite (almost a year and still no fix)

I have a 2% [A] Dex% nebulite, they are not suppose to be any lower than 3% as everyone reading this probably knows . i contacted a GM about half a year ago and nothing was done. Would really like to see someone fix this.

    It was fixed, as far as Nexon is concerned. It got "lesser" added to its name, which apparently makes everything alright.

    I think they only did that for the flat stat nebs. There're still %1 and 2% A nebs clogging up the search lol.

    I'd like to see more 3%/4% dex nebs floating around the market. And totally not because I'm a DEX class.
