I am trying to pass guild ownership to another of my characters but I am unable to do so. Is there anything I need or did Nexon just make that no longer an option?

    I believe you right click on the character in the guild and press make guild leader

    The character you want to pass leadership to has to be logged in.
    So, you can't pass it directly to a mule on the same account. You'll need to pass it to someone else (or a mule on another account, if you have two computers), and then relog and have the leadership passed back.
