Bug type: Skill malfunction

Brief bug summary: Haste and Maple Warrior does not work.

More details: Haste and Maple Warrior does not give their buff when cast. Their animation goes off, but nothing happens.

Steps to reproduce: Use the skill.

Character name: Cøntraband

Character level: 219

Character job: Shadower

World name: Reboot

Date and time of the incident: 7/18/17, After 8 pm EST (reset)

    the skills work when i party someone. it works normally after i left the party. weird.
