Okay So... When Phantom Steals Skill
It's Bolded in RED that The attack Power is Reduced...
That doesn't Effect Buffs right?

also It would be Nice if we could see how the Power has been "Reduced" like to what Percent, like from a original % to the stolen skill %

    I think a lot of buffs have lower duration. Some might have decreased effects, not really sure.
    So.... yeah it should definitely tell you the new damage/effect you get from stealing the skill, not the one the original class gets.

    It's mostly for attack skill, %skill damage reduced by half, from what I remember.

    for attack skills Phantom steals the skill with 90% power. You only lose 10% of the atk the skill has.

    buffs, get a fixed cooldown. for example if you steal the flip of the coin, you wont be able to stack them since upon cast it gets a cooldown, but no reduction in the effect of the buff
