I play on the european server and I spent about 4 or 5 months without playing the game. When i logged all my characters were deleted!!! I had characters on reboot and luna. i want to know if there is a way to get them back. I don't think i got hacked because my friend told me that i'm still on his friends list so i guess i must still be on the game's database
I just want to play the game again and i don't want to lose all those years and effort that i put on this game...

    Are you sure you're using the right account?
    Are your characters still on rankings?

    Yes I'm 100% sure. And no, none of my characters are on rankings
    I want to know if my account reseted or only my characters were deleted

    If your characters are not on rankings then they likely were deleted.
    You're going to have to make a Customer Support Request (ticket) and hope Nexon can help you find them.
