Unable to hold down buttons in Maple ONLY

It is not sticky keys, but while ctrl, shift, and alt do not hold down, every other button does not continue to register after a few seconds either, such as number keys like "7" and letter keys like "f." Sticky keys IS turned OFF though.

    How did you fix it? I just got a new laptop but i cant hold down shift ctrl or alt either
