Takeover rewards event not working??

World: Scania

Hi, most of my main characters are on Scania and I can't get any daily rewards boxes on it. When my 30 minutes are up, I am supposed to get the first rewards box. All I get is for my time remaining 0:00:00 and it doesn't tell me to claim anything. This has been happening to my friend too, and I can't get any Tier boxes from this.

    Did you activate the 2 runes first?

    No problem :) You'll also need a Pollo/Fritto portal, Elite boss and an Inferno wolf portal for the other 3 boxes.
