This bug has been fixed.

Bug type: NPC/Visual/Quest

Brief bug summary:

Those that participated in the Legacy of Nine event (specifically with the Johanne NPC) still have an NPC modification left over from that event - Johanne resides next to certain NPCs, which should not be the case as the event is long gone.

More details:

Those that never participated don't see these NPCs with Johanne by their side. And this is not a separate NPC that sits next to them - it's an actual replacement of the NPC's sprite that is shown.

Affected NPCs:

Jade in El Nath.

Jeff in Ice Valley II.

Chief Tatamo in Leafre.

Phyllia in Magatia.

JM From tha Streetz in Kerning City.

Muhamad in Town of Ariant.

    Still bugged as of the 8/30 Scheduled Game Update.

    Yeah, it has. It's from the Legacy of Nine event (9th Anniversary) which changed these NPCs into other sprites as shown above that I suppose they never cleaned up the code from.

    Still bugged as of the v193 game update. I have also found another NPC that is part of the bug and added it to the list in the first post.
