Unable to save Reward Points?

Are you serious...?

A little short story, so saved up those reward points from the previous Hot Day until today..... decided to hunt boss and claims 50 reward points, but when I look at the RP bar... it reset to 0 up to 50 RP.

ARE YOU SERIOUS? I mean 1K isn't nothing to someone who kill bosses dailies but this is complete RIP OFF.

    I'd strongly advise you to check your expirations next time around.

    And if you mean unclaimed points, they disappear after a while.

    Are you referring unclaimed points are not using the "item" before expiration or entering Cash Shop?

    Unclaimed points are the ones shown in your Reward Points UI, the ones that get added to your actual reward points pool when you enter the cash shop. If you just leave it there, they only last a week, you're meant to store them in the Cash Shop, where they last about two months, they expire at the end of the second month after you've put them in the cash shop.
