"to Spouse" Chat key missing

Brief bug summary: if you reset your keys back to default settings the "to spouse" key disappears
More details: doesn't matter to which type of layout the key does not appear again
Steps to reproduce: go to keyboard settings > reset your keys to default > no spouse key anymore
Character name: iNoobLikeU
Character level: 200
Character job: Kinesis
World name: Reboot
Date and time of the incident: Aug 28th

    Mine is missing too! Even resetting to default key settings didn't do anything.
