Hey I was a part of Tespia and never got my giftbox. I checked everywhere and didn't receive mine. Can somebody direct me so I can get this gift box Thanks!

    It's on the main page. Says gift boxes are disabled for the time being.

    Then why say they are distributed if we cant even claim them. Makes no sense. Augh!

    Luna players can claim them. The giftboxes were only disabled for North America servers.
    And as soon as they are re-enabled, the gifts will already be there. They won't need to distribute them all over again.

    Only thing I can think of is that their mechanism for making sure you don't claim the same gift multiple times on multiple worlds was glitching out and causing exponential amounts of queries to all worlds every time you establish a new server connection. Luna is the only world in its region so it was not affected.
    However, that still raises the question: why did this start so suddenly on Saturday? It was 3 days after the patch, and there was no gift scheduled to be distributed that day.

    Oh well. Hopefully they'll soon figure out how to re-enable the giftbox without causing connectivity issues.
