Can't log ticket and stuck in Alien Prison

I still can't log a ticket. I can't quest out.

    I've just discovered my email was blocked, yet I still play daily.
    This was preventing me submitting tickets, yet I WAS NEVER MADE AWARE OF ANY BROKEN RULE RESULTING IN THIS EMAIL BAN.

    I made a new account and logged a ticket just fine; Request #512233

    Please get my old email address unblocked.. and mt 4 characters out of alien base.
