Hello,

The UI and shops for the Absolute Taste event are gone, and yet the Event List said that the event was running until October 5th 23:59, which would mean there should be another 22 hours until the event is over. Please look into this ASAP.

Thanks!
Argent

It appears there was a discrepancy between the Patch Notes and the in-game timer. Always use the notes as the reference point for event duration.

I think we have had cases in the past where the in-game event window was right, and the update notes were wrong.
And also cases when both were wrong.
I think better advice would be to always use the earlier date between the two. And, if at all possible, try to finish the requirement for an event 24 hours before the earlier one. Just to be safe.

Okay but then what's the point of having an in-game event schedule? I don't have time to go to the website and sift through a bunch of posts to find the one that's supposed to matter. The game has posted incorrect information, and if anything, the game should go with the LATER time, not the earlier time.

So what, now I'm screwed out of all the coins I gathered during the event because of a mistake on your part...? Typical user-centered Nexon...

When a discrepancy is found between the in-game timer and the website, I think it should generally default to the in-game timer, not the website. Though, using the latter of the two might be a better option. That aside, players should not have to go out of their way to cross-check Nexon to begin with. There was also the issue of the even being down for a day.

Wrong event dates are posted on a far too regular basis for either the game or website to be trusted.
