Brief bug summary: Can't equip Tedtacular Bearingtons NX weapon over Arm Cannon

More details:
I bought a Tedtacular Bearingtons weapon off of someone yesterday, thinking I could equip it over my Arm Cannon seeing as it didn't say Arm Cannon in the non-equippable list. But found out that this isn't the case.

Steps to reproduce: Get Tedtacular Bearingtons, equip over any Arm Cannon.
