Just another way to waste your money honestly.. I would say it is like gachapon but more expensive

90% of the time you will get those crappy level 140 empress or level 150 japanese equips

I gave it a chance and apparently 33 books aren't good enough to get you something nice

i basically got robbed ffs!

stay away from philo books, save your money
