Brief bug summary: MMF practices/actual events count non-existant collisions

More details: There are times during MMF practices and actual events when your hit amount will be reduced despite not being hit by anything. This will occur no matter where you are.

Steps to reproduce: Practice or go into the actual event time of any MMF Stage. No matter where you are on the stage, your hit amount will be reduced at ~1:26 remaining and ~0:57 remaining for practice, ~1:28 and ~0:59 for actual events.

    Clarification on this bug, the number on your screen will go down, but your actual life bar (hidden) does not go down. (If the number on your screen hit 0 after getting hit by this invisible full map wave, you won't get kick out until you get hit by an actual projectile)
    (Another example if you only get hit 2 times by the invisible wave and the number on your screen now say 4, you still technically have 6 lifes and will not get booted out after getting hit by a real object 4 times)

    The actual life bar does go down for me, unfortunately. Getting hit 3 times after those two does kick me out. At least, it does in ToT and Sleepywood. Haven't tried any others.
